Working late

As my internet at home is still not working, I have had to spend my days and nights in the office to take those Zoom meetings.

After sending my internet provider all of the requested information (including screenshots and analytical apps), they told me that my complaint was closed as I didn't tell them simply (in a few words) what was wrong. So I did that and they closed the complaint as they didn't have enough information....grrr

They did tell me how I could change to a new provider, which I will do if I ever get out of the office
