For lunch we are having the claw of an Ythan crab, gently sautéed in seaweed broth and seasoned with Fleur de Sel de Guérande Sea Salt. Dream on!

The "extra" is another dip into Mrs T's family album. Two fisherwomen the one on the left being Mrs T’s paternal grandma. The original was in black and white  but I let Photoshop Elements loose on it!
