Difficult 24 hours with what turned out to be wisdom tooth nonsense - am armed now with a battery of pills and a promise from the dentist that it needs to come out. Not good news for me, the person who burst into tears when the dentist receptionist asked me if I was OK - poor lady having to deal with a dentist nutter like me.

It's probably time I just grew up or something.....
