After the rain

It rained all night and was still raining first thing.  Our walk was therefore cancelled but I got an email from a friend who I would have been walking with, inviting us round. Coffee and pain aux raisins and pleasant conversation took care of the morning. The rain stopped but the low cloud persisted.
