(249) Vertiginous

Today felt like the return of summer with blue skies, hardly a breeze and very pleasant temperatures. I definitely made the best of the day by spending around 5 hours out on the bike in Fife and Lothian. The main picture is the south tower of the Forth Road Bridge which, since the opening of the Queensferry Crossing (second extra picture), is exclusively used by public transport, taxis and emergency vehicles, meaning that the bridge is very much quieter and much more pleasant for cyclists and pedestrians. The first extra shot is the famous Forth Bridge, of which I have many hundreds of photographs but can't pass by without taking at least one more.
