Met MT for a booked lunch at Maxine's Cafe. This a view I've not seen for a long while but it's nice to see in all weathers. Cafe almost full which is good to see (although a little anxiety inducing on my part).

Silverknowes Golf Course looking over the River Forth, Cramond Island & to Fife.

It was good to get out & have someone to talk to - take my mind of things for a while.
