Leave the light on

World Suicide Prevention Day today. Leave a Light on ~ Tom Walker says it best. Having struggled with my own depression for a long time I know just how dark it can get so reach out to those you know those you love and ask them if they are OK? Let them know that you will leave your light on that no matter what's going on for you, you are there for them. Let's face it we've all we've got. Look out for one another and be kind always. People have things going on in their lives that we have no clue about.
