Coffee culture

When I took this blip I got to thinking about how coffee has changed over the years.

When I was young you got a black or milky coffee in cafes (there were no coffee shops) and that was it. The Italian cafes offered really lovely coffees but they were simple and simply made.

Now, a quick look at a coffee shop menu, shows that you can get Espresso; Cappuccino; Caffe Latte; Latte Macchiato; Caffe Mocha; Caffe Americano; Caffe Ristretto, and Cortado...amongst others.

How I yearn for simpler times :)
