CyclopsJnr can pretty much read now and though he loves a story read to him he doesn't seem to have noticed he could read to himself. So we're getting in the habit of him reading me one of his own books each day when we get in from school to give him a bit of confidence in the wild and give me a break from Biff et al. Here's today's book.  This book contains the word ptarmigan, but he otherwise gave it a decent go.
