Espionage!

Strange title and how does it fit the picture I hear you ask. Well, I have a proposed project, part of which is to turn a simple white public bar area into a coffee shop similar to the other main high street chains.

So the simplest way is to spy on the others and consider adopting similar colour schemes and finishes so that the customers feel comfortable. I suppose one could have simply taken a peek in the window but sitting in with a coffee and cake whilst discretely taking a few pics seemed much more appropriate.
