Flower Friday.....Cyclamen

I always enjoy seeing these sweet little flowers, these are tucked away under the front hedge, I get a glimpse of them when I go in and out of the gate....thanks to Bikerbear for hosting:)
Excercise class this morning for an hour, despite my sore back. L believes it is because I have been sat a lot and had very little excercise recently, apart from short walks....she is probably correct. I find it hard to get motivated alone, that's my excuse :))
Back to grey sky again today, next week is due to be very warm again....I wonder!!
