Departure.

A very early start for all of us this morning (3.30am) as the student girl set off on the first stage of her year abroad to Valencia. We had to leave her outside the airport as they only allowed passengers into the terminal.

Her flight was at 6.30am and it went smoothly. She took the metro to the city and picked up her key, then found her flat. She is going to be living with two British and one Spanish girl.

I forgot to take my annual photo of the first day of school/ uni.... maybe it’s time to stop for her. ( Although I get to take one next week as the student boy departs too....!)
