Sedum

Have had further information from our Green Gym leader.  The government website says that you can have larger groups of more than six if you are volunteers, and another clause says that the same applies if it is group exercise.  We seem to fit both categories thank goodness.
Last outdoor yoga this morning by the lake.  It was a bit chilly!
Quick supermarket shop and just nipped up to the chemist in the shoppingcentre just before they closed for my prescription.  
Can now relax.
