Passing muster

...not sure if this one will as all the previous photos have been rejected for the project.  Apparently I was too scary in mine.  Whether or not this one passes this test, you can't deny that brass instruments make a great blip.  The husband is improving on his trumpet to the point where he treated himself to a new (to him) one today as the slides are seized up on this  one (bought for £40 on impluse) and he's now at the point where he needs to start using them.

In other news, we've been watching Treme recently, from the same people that did the Wire.  And like the Wire it has a slow burn and then really kicks you in the feels.
