Camel trail.

A quick selfie as I was cycling the camel trail in Cornwall. My wife is not keen on cycling and complains about how uncomfortable bicycle seats are for women. However she likes the gentle cycle ride alongside the estuary along the mostly flat , former railway route.
Grateful for the gentle pedal pushing ride, the cornish pasties we ate on the trail and the views.
