In the huff!

When they are not in a frenzy for the breadcrumbs thrown by folk who should know better the black headed gulls often gather on one of the two pontoons or the protective railings.

This is a time of change as the gulls lose their chocolate brown head colour and their head plumage turns white for the cooler months.

Good to have a walk this morning when it was unexpectedly dry ..... since the early afternoon it's been raining again.  Hope it's dry tomorrow morning .... don't really want to take my car into town for church .... I really should buy an umbrella and then I could still walk across the Suspension Bridge and up Buchanan Street.
