Pretty but lethal!

Spent the morning removing rust spot leaves from apple and pear trees in the Community Garden - collected enough to fill a large washing up bowl and they've been put out for burning.  Glad to have got most before leaf fall as they'd be even worse next year.  We also picked all the apples and some of the pears for we lose several every night to squirrels - they eat half a fruit at a time - each!
