In the dry part of the day before the rain came and stayed. Reading and thinking about environmental courts and tribunals and rights...here and worldwide. Fascinating. And Scotland has a bit to learn ...and do. Not marketing and promotion so much as doing. Nor is it blue skies. Some of it is on old foundations.
