Tagliatelle with a kind of bolognese sauce. It could be beef, pork, lamb, kangaroo or horse? Who knows these days. Who believes anybody anymore. Who especially believes the supermarkets who only have a profit motive in mind. This is the inevitable result of competing on price, rampant capitalism and the free (or oligopilistic) markets.
