Indoor pastime

I've spent much of the weekend working on drawing horses in pen. The air quality is so bad and going outside to walk or work in the garden is out of the question. I know we are much better off than Portland and many other places and I'm so afraid for the folks who are trapped near the fires. It sometimes feels like the world is coming to its end. So I make art. I also did a one hour portrait drawing meet up with a lovely group based in Victoria. It totally brightened my day.
