Last run ...

Not that it’s been much of a season for PFND ( Paula from next door to the uninitiated) they’ve barely as you can imagine been able to compete . I’m incredibly proud to have a proper athlete as my friend as it’s bloody brilliant to watch and of course I get all showy offy and shout ‘ that’s my mate , she beasts me at bootcamp’ .. not sure if anyone takes much notice but I like to screech it anyway... PFND also throws Javelin, shot putt AND is a hurdler AND has done some flinging herself about for team GB .. yes she’s quite perky is paula ..
