Ramblings and Mutterings

Local World Heritage

A walking day with friends Anne and Richard and their dog, Xen.

It was back at Blaenavon, which believe it or not is a World Heritage Site, I'd be amazed if many people knew the significance of all the history around them.  The Dyne Steel incline was just one example, a steam-powered tramroad to bring the iron down to Blaenavon.  Amazing!

It warmed up as the afternoon went on.  A good day.

Today I am thankful for:

1.  A good walk with friends
