Flamin' Heck

Vienna is full of venerable old statues of very important folk (mostly men, on horseback) but every now and again you spot a piece of modern street sculpture. Like this!

I don't know what it is, despite a spot of light googling, but it caught my eye, and that's what's important. It is however stuck behind a couple of immovable objects, which make it quite difficult to photograph. Maybe if I stay here long enough, they'll move it for me...?
