Fishing Huts

Olhos D’Agua where we’re staying is a small fishing village and these fishing huts can be found down at the beach and are still very much used. All the fishing boats are on ramps and when they return with their catch they BBQ their lunch.

After breakfast we had a walk into the village, found a supermarket where I got some drinks for the fridge on the room - whilst it’s all inclusive at the hotel I wanted to get some pure orange for in the morning before we go down for breakfast. Then we sat on a seat at the beach before wandering back for lunch.

The hotel seemed a lot quieter today, maybe more people have gone home than have arrived - I guess due to the quarantine situation a lot of people will have cancelled their holidays. Also there were quite a few Portuguese in the hotel, so maybe they were here just for a long weekend.

After lunch we went and got two sun loungers by the pool, and then Alan went to watch the F1 while I swam and relaxed in the sun. Our evenings are pretty much the same, dinner followed by drinks and the local entertainment in the bar - all very chilled out.
