St Mary's Lighthouse, Whitley Bay

Today we visited the coast and visited a friend that we have not seen this year.  We sat in her garden and had a good catch-up along with tea and biscuits.  We then did a walk along the coast to the lighthouse and had a picnic looking out to sea (see extra).  Beautiful weather and a really good day.
