Walk

Started my jo wicks regime today. Weight has crept on mainly from eating absolute garbage. As this was personalised I have recipes and workouts tailored to me. Did my first HIIT !

There is no need for me to constantly snack in the evening and probably the reason is I’m not eating enough of the filling stuff at tea time.

There is also a list of what to choose to make your own which I like too.

We walked in the always Beautiful Falkland Estate. They have built a massive new car park not far from Pillars which was much needed.
