More Autumn Color

Dear Diary,

My perennial grasses are beginning to change color and before they turn golden, they turn purple and pink.  I think it is a particularly pretty color combination and the curving leaves are lovely to photograph.  We are experiencing some haze from the wildfires out west, carried here by the jet stream.  At least our air quality is still good.  I am so grateful to be living here in my little corner of Maine.
