Shakti Mat

Holly has asked for one of these for Christmas - it’s a Shakti Mat. I’d never heard of one before but it’s an item on her Christmas list so I ordered one a couple of days ago. It arrived this morning. You are supposed to lie on this. Apparently as you get used to the pain you feel a sense of calm and wellbeing. It’s a bit like acupuncture. It hurt my fingers getting it out of the box, never mind resting on it. I hope she likes it.
