NHS Spitfire

This old Spitfire 'plane was flying over all the hospitals in the country today to thank the NHS and raise funds for their work. We went to Our local airport this morning to see it taking off but didn't manage to get a photo. We had to go to E.K. this afternoon for our grandchildren coming home from school so managed to get a photo when it flew over Hairmyres hospital. It has "Thank NHS" on the underside of the wings but because of the angle of the sun it was difficult to see.
