We didn't do photos today because Mum wanted to do laundry, which meant me being scullery maid and catcher, in case her balance went awry. After that we just took it easy. A cousin phoned to talk to her, and we had a long chat too. V's motto does seem to be "Never look on the bright side" so it was a bit of a struggle keeping up a cheery conversation, but then I got an email with some good news which made up for it.
