Sourdoug bread

We baked sourdoug bread in the wooden oven tonight. It tasted great, so now now I am waiting to see if my stomack likes it too. I have hardly eaten bread for the last few years, since my stomack reacts so strongly, but I really miss it. I guess I will get the answer soon;)
