Test Piece

These are supposed to represent pebbles.
I’m trying to get a bit more used to free motion quilting. FMQ is when you move the fabric under the needle rather than letting the machine guide it through. Getting the speed of the machine and the speed you move the fabric to create a nice consistent stitch is something I have not found easy.
I’ve been having a little practice each day - little and often seems to be the key.
