Powderham

We met Chris and Jean this morning at Amelias at the Cofton Site for a coffee and chat. We had a table out on the sun terrace and morning coffee ran into lunchtime.  They do very nice food there, I had a roasted half butternut squash stuffed with couscous and vegetables with a spicy sauce. Delicious.

After lunch we went our separate ways and we headed for Powderham Castle for a walk and mooch round their garden centre.  I saw this tree on the walk, the extra is a stag in the grounds of the castle.

This evening Colin came round for a spot of tea  and chat prior to us packing ready to leave tomorrow.   It has been a very enjoyable few days, lovely weather and nice to meet up.
