Omelette with radish shoots and baby maui onion, salad, and banderillas.

I recently got some jarred Spanish banderillas, which I have been enjoying as a lunch accompaniment. Dinner was very good (beans in tomato and wine sauce, ancient grain and kale salad, and a Languedoc GSM) , but I decided lunch was the more photogenic meal today. It doesn’t hurt that it was more elaborate than a typical weekday lunch.
