Eyes bigger than Stomach!

Today was an opportunity to help Child No.2 (the Key Worker) with a couple of jobs around their house.

Then we had the opportunity for a walk around the north of Grove.  We cam across this squirrel quite early.  It seemed quite bemused, or confused, with the lovely brown horse-chestnut it was trying to hoard.  It kept trying to dig a hold for it but couldn't seem to make one large enough.

Eventually it was scared off by a large dog, on a lead, approaching.  Even then it didn't give up its bounty, but hid behind a clump of long grass; peering round to watch the dog's progress.
