St. Mary's Lighthouse

Glorious day today and we headed for the coast for a quick stroll and some air (before I had to dash to catch a flight to Southampton). Snap decision to walk in the opposite direction to normal, away from the beach, and ended up at St. Mary's Lighthouse... Plenty of people out enjoying the sunshine, but I found a quiet corner to gaze out to sea, notice that there was snow on the Cheviots and also to turn round and wonder at the small flocks (Q: how many required for a 'flock'?) of starlings diving off, over and around the lighthouse. Mesmerising.
