A Quick Demo Of The Next Step Up

I had a lesson booked with Mel today as I felt that she had been so helpful this week that I shouldn’t abuse her generosity and should at least pay for a session. It was great, I was really able to build on the techniques I had been working on. She did a quick demo of the next step up...to be repeating the same moves but in trot.

The second half of the lesson was ridden and on the vets instructions that was purely in walk. China was a star, but I could tell he was tired by the end of it. We always finish these sessions by giving him a handful of treats and letting him chill before putting him away.
