Should have remembered to put it on then!

I squeezed in a bit of photography after a pretty long meeting planning arty things. The two people I worked with on the Arts Trail for the town last year, and myself, we're setting up a group to promote art events in the town. We have a constitution but no funds as yet.
I could have done a whip round with this commuter's hat if he'd remembered to put it on, and before he had to eat it.
If you're wondering how cold it was in the freezing driving snow it was spring-like it was excruciating. I packed in pretty quick but I'm happy with this :-).
