FOR RUTH BADER GINSBURG: Beacon of Justice

Yesterday, we lost "The Notorious RBG," a US Supreme Court Justice,
who spent her life as a "passionate champion for the rights of all Americans."  She supported equal rights, including Gay rights, affirmative action, & the strict separation of church & site.

This tiny woman, chosen by President Bill Clinton, to be the
second woman of the Supreme Court, spoke truth to power with a soft voice, fierce resolve & inexhaustible energy, even into her 80's.  She became a Liberal giant on the court, after many years as a trailblazing civil rights attorney.

In the last ten years of her life, she beat cancer 4 times, often
working from a hospital bed.  Metastatic pancreatic cancer beat her, but on her last few days she told her granddaughter:
"My most fervent wish is that I will not be replaced
until a new president is installed."  I hope we can make that happen..

In her 80's she became quite a celebrity, & these films
were made about her life:

RBG:  A Documentary
( Amazon Prime & Hulu)

ON THE BASIS OF SEX
A biographical legal drama staring Felicity Jones
( Netflix)

Both of these films are excellent & worthy of your time.
