Arlington Row. Bibury

This is reputed to be the most photographed row of cottages in the whole country. It was originally a 14th century wool store converted  into Weaver's Cottages in the 17th century which explains why it hasn't been featured on Grand Designs.

Bibury was described by William Morris, he of wallpaper fame, as the most beautiful village in England so it must be so.

Mrs UE and I  are staying at Barnsley, with Wales friends, in the Cotswold and are doing a short cycle ride.

Extras show some sleepy sheep with interesting markings. Must check what they are.
