Happy Place

Barley enjoying himself fully in the field.

Big day.

Kids had hockey and whilst they played i went for a run.  I went a bit further than i should have post cold.

Then Q and I went for a cycle.  He was doing very well until he took quite a big tumble.  He wasnt very happy after that. but he did get back on eventually.  He no longer likes going down hill and somehow it was my fault but ill take it if i can get him out again.

Everyone rather exhausted.
