He also did the TV aerial, it would seem. With interior-spec cabling. Which corroded. So when we ditched Foxtel, we lost all reception. Not such a bad thing, I grant you, but we got it fixed up anyway (and found 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown, so that's worthwhile :D ).

BTW, Bruce Springsteen was almost right; we apparently have fifty-EIGHT channels...
