Equinoctial birthday girl

Today is Norwestie's 14th birthday. The best way to embarrass a teenager is, as we know, to take out the baby pics. So here's one of herself and siblings having their first taste of weaner food. She's the one on the right.

5 minutes earlier in fact, Norwestie had been the first to try a taste by standing in it. Unfortunately all I have left from that photo is a 25kb thumbnail. Thanks Apple, some time in the last decade.

The benefit of blipping this is that, not having anything to do with Facebook, there won't be a squillion people going "awwwww".

Her birthday present is about to be a filled bone.
