Autumn

After my fatigue yesterday, I was hoping to celebrate the equinox and possibly the last day of the current fine spell by climbing up to the top of the ridge between the two arms of Ladybower Reservoir. I managed to get up early and beat the crowds at the bottom of the valley. It was a steep climb, but was worth it for the beautiful views. I'd hoped there might be a few more fungi around, but was disappointed. As my reward for making it to the top, however, there was a fine troop of Fly Agaric. I've put one in extras, as well as a further view of Woodlands Valley, above the Snake Pass.
