Japanese Anemone and a little touch of red

What a change in the weather ..... blue skies replaced by a flat white sky and any warmth was a distant memory as I clad myself in my padded jacket today.

A trip to St Andrews ..... plenty of cars but not too many people.  Coffee in North Point, a visit to Waterstones to exchange a book and that was it.

This little anemone was growing outside one of the University buildings on the Scores.
