Happy Birthday to me!!

I celebrated my birthday just before lockdown and over the last few weeks have been redeeming vouchers I received - books from Waterstones, a couple of nights in Pitlochry and today a meal at the Ship Inn in Elie - great to sit down with friends & enjoy a good meal.
This is my desert - Lemon posset with passion fruit jelly, poached pineapple, shortbread and dried coconut. Thanks to friends for their generosity.
