"What a clever girl am I!"

It was one of those mornings when it didn't rain but it poured! Everything seemed to go wrong.  The feeder wagon broke down (we only have two weeks before the new one arrives) so we were unable to feed the small group of animals which have been brought inside; M who usually rushes to our rescue when machinery breaks down was unable to fix it.  The printer in the office broke down just when we needed to print off some documents for the VAT person who was about to arrive. Then we couldn't find T who happened to be in our neighbour's house looking at a large crack in their upstairs wall - subsidence. 

 Everything was resolved by midmorning:  a neighbour is lending us their old feeder wagon,  another neighbour printed off the documents, and T came back to meet the VAT woman.  And the crack is covered by insurance.  What a relief!
