Kale

I've managed to score a short-notice re-up from Mr Tesco tomorrow so I checked the fridge for what I needed to order. I spotted some kale that needed using so I've decided to pickle it. I've done this before and it's very scrummy as well as being a pleasing colour and an interesting shape in the jar, handy for a bit of blippage. I just use salt but some recipes add sugar and vinegar and oil to the water - straight salt and water in a Kilner jar and it'll be ready in a few days.
