The State

In Finlayson Palace park there is an outdoor exhibition called Paikan päällä (On the spot). In the picture is a detail of Minna Soraluoma's work The State: I work slowly and meditating and in the end hectically at the last minute cha-os 

I also visited the Art Centre Mältinranta, where is one of the Tampere Artists’ Association's jubilee exhibitions. They celebrate the 100th anniversary this year. In Mältinranta's exhibition there are works of 
Anna Alapuro, Sebastian Boulter, Janne Hokkanen, Emmi Kallio, Henriikka Kontimo, Matti Kuronen, Katri Mononen, Hanna Oinonen, Paananen&Ulvila, Erno Peltonen, Marja Pirilä, Kirsi Porrassalmi, Minna Soraluoma and Ilkka Virtanen.

It rained for awhile and I also heard thunder. But it was very warm! I picked up Emma after her biology examination, she was very positive about it. Tomorrow is her last matriculation examination test!
