Not yet a trumpet

All trumpets are in the shop for their yearly servicing, which has been delayed by Covid19. Thomas, my teacher, was able to find a cornet for me to take home so I can practise during the week. I'll make sure I do. A little bit several times a day, he recommended. If I try to do it too long at a stretch, my lips will feel numb and/or hurt.

During the lesson, I was able to get a few sounds out. ;-) Hopefully I'll be able to get them better and better in the days to come!
